OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300 M Introduces New ETNZ

To celebrate the long partnership of OMEGA with yachtsmen of the Emirates Team New Zealand, the brand presents the new Seamaster Diver 300 m ETNZ. The model celebrates the Swiss brand support to New Zealand team and your participation in the America’s Cup, the most famous and prestigious Yachting regatta.

OMEGA Seamaster Diver 300 m features a one-way ratchet in Black ceramic with a diving range polished with laser markings made. On top of the turnstile, at 12 hours, coated with white Super-LumiNova emits a green light.

The grade 5 Titanium polished dial with jets of sand have indexes covered with Super-LumiNova that emit a blue light. The chronograph seconds is on the outer edge of the dial in silver color and scale of marking of minutes appears just below with a tom kill.The model features three sub-dials, a small seconds at 9 o’clock, a 12 hour battery at 6 hours and 30 minutes to the accumulator a 3 hours, which also indicates the five-minute countdown to the start of the race.

The polished titanium grade 5 box has buttons at 2 hours and 4 hours that stand out by an aluminium ring red and gray ceramic respectively. In fact, all the elements that correspond to the chronograph functions are covered in red. There’s even a helium escape valve at 10 o’clock.

The Seamaster Diver 300 m ETNZ has a black rubber strap with red interior, which brings a unique design thought for water and air to pass freely, allowing the skin can breathe.

At the bottom of the box there’s threaded ETNZ’s logo – a special detail that marks the connection with the world of watch and navigation marks the OMEGA support to this remarkable team of athletes. In the heart of the piece is the Co-Axial calibre 3330 movement, a movement chronograph complete with Silicon balance spring.

The OMEGA is proud of your partnership with Emirates Team New Zealand which began with Sir Peter Blake’s campaign for the America’s Cup in 1995. The team won the race handily, a feat which would also in the years 2000. When Sir Peter Blake retired soon after this campaign, the OMEGA continued to be one of the main sponsors of your Blakexpeditions project until your death in 2001. Since then, OMEGA has kept your ETNZ support and looks forward to hope for victory in the America’s Cup 2017´and qualifying races´ America’s Cup World Series.
